QuickShuttle 系列转染试剂是一类具有自主知识产权、独特配方的阳离子型转染试剂,具有高效、低毒和易于使用等优点,推荐用于常规哺乳动物细胞系的瞬时转染和稳定细胞系构建。
QuickShuttle 区别于常规转染试剂的主要特点是:
1)立传立转:传细胞的同时可以做转染(basic\Enhanced需预贴壁)
2)一分钟快速转染:质粒转染试剂混匀后无需孵育,直接加入培养基(其他转染试剂需等待10-30min);
3)无需换液:抗生素与血清对转染效果无影响。
因此,QuickShuttle 特别适合用于快速大量瞬时转染表达目的蛋白,或大量制备各种病毒载体和假病毒。
